This e-learning course explores the many ways in which diversity and inclusion (D&I) are impacting our culture and organizations. Key concepts related to D&I are introduced, including covering, intersectionality, unconscious bias and microaggression. Through several self-reflective exercises, you will have opportunities to consider your own experiences and biases and learn steps that you can take to support a more inclusive environment. You will have access to the course for six months.
