This course teaches participants to view the talent lifecycle from a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion. You’ll explore how organizations can build a diverse workforce, equitable practices, and inclusive cultures through decisions and processes such as sourcing and recruiting candidates, enabling performance for new team members through tailored onboarding processes, ensuring that compensation decisions are equitable, and assessing talent for leadership potential.
During the 8-week course, you will be required to interview a DEI practitioner and learn more about how their organization incorporates DEI into these processes, then deliver a presentation to your colleagues in class to share what you’ve learned.
